#Healthing Project

#Healthing Solution (#Healthing or #H), a local and experimental telemedicine service, was developed and refacted thanks to POR CAMPANIA FESR 2014/2020 founds.

#H it’s made to create a simple solution that aims to satisfy various needs that are currently manifested in health processes as the prevention, treatment and monitoring of chronic diseases. The e-health solution points to solve and simplify the difficulties existing in the healthcare area in facing the serious problem of improper hospitalization and the absence of a care network for the treatment of chronic diseases.

In to accompany the individual patient in his process of care, is necessary to monitor daily both journey and pharmacological intake plans and relation with electromedicals.

Therefore, #Healthing solution besides being a valid instrument for the chronic and for all kind pf patients, easy to use , represents a set of monitoring tool for physicians, the healthcare and caregiver who are in care more patients.

The advantages of #H, differently from other telemedicine platforms are:

• monitoring the progress of one or more journey in which the individual patient is involved;
• checking the adherence of care plans (pharmacological and electro-medical surveys) and customize them based on the clinical observations;

The project conducted by Webgenesys SPA involved a team of over 10 specialist during 2021-2023 allowing the grouping to:

• Create environments conducive to the development of an organizational culture based on sharing (Knowledge Management) data about heatlh level of a an user;
• Involve and empower the assisted by making them participate in the care process (self management);
• Strengthen district/health governance
• Reorient the health care model through proactivity

The #Healthing Project was co-financed with Resources POR CAMPANIA FESR 2014/2020 – Axis 3 – Competitiveness of the Production System  | Specific Objective 3.1 “Relaunching the propensity to invest in the productive system”

The action on which the #Healthing project was conducted and reported is ACTION 3.1.1 “Aid for investment in machinery, plant and intangible assets and accompanying the processes of reorganization and corporate restructuring“
